eCoaching Technology collects your lesson data and assessment data to help track performance, analyze your metrics, and assist you in improving your game. All lesson data is accessible by your personal team of instructors based on the permission you establish and the sensitivity of the data.

eCoaching Technology may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and data about your golf game. Once you register with eCoaching Technology and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

eCoaching Technology collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners.

eCoaching Technology automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, eCoaching Technology cookie information, and the page you request. This information may be stored in our database.

This Website has been designed to help users improve their skill, fitness, and enjoyment in the sport of golf -- regardless of their age. eCoaching Technology, however, is committed to protecting the privacy of children and makes every effort to ensure that no personal information from any person we know is under the age of 13 is used outside the company and a user's approved team of instructors.

We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with eCoaching Technology under confidentiality agreements. Emails and Newsletters

As noted in the discussions of cookies and web beacons, eCoaching Technology collects anonymous, non-personal information about your use of e-mails and newsletters that we send to you. In some cases, when you click on a link or an advertisement in an e-mail or newsletter, your browser may be momentarily directed to the site of a third party which, acting on behalf of eCoaching Technology, notes or "counts" your response to the e-mail or newsletter before re-directing your browser to its proper destination; this re-direction process will not be apparent to you. Public Forums

This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you use eCoaching Technology's public forums such as discussions groups, public chat sessions with instructors, etc. where users with similar interests can share information and support one another or where users can post questions for experts to answer. You should be aware that any information shared in a chat room, forum, or online discussion is public information and may be collected and disclosed by third parties that do not adhere to our Privacy Policy.

Emails to eCoaching Technology

This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send business information, ideas, concepts or inventions to eCoaching Technology by email or to the various eCoaching Technology departments listed on the "Contact Us" link on our Website. If you want to keep business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to eCoaching Technology. We give our best effort to answer every email in a timely manner, but are not always able to do so.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your eCoaching Technology Account Information, modify your account preferences, and modify your instruction team access permissions at any time.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the eCoaching Technology service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the eCoaching Technology Newsletter, that are considered part of your eCoaching Technology account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
